With this highly interactive panel discussion, session participants will have an increased awareness of the potential obstacles that impact board recruitment through the lens of people who are often under represented on boards. Representatives from seniors, youth, people with disabilities, multicultural community will share their experiences on boards/committees and suggest what could be done differently.
