Evaluation is an important practice that helps non profits articulate their value and impact to their stakeholders such as funders/donors, volunteers and program participants. The success of an organization is dependent on how well it knows and understands its organizational capacity to manage and deliver effective programming to its participants. This presentation will introduce important evaluation concepts, including stakeholder mapping and logic models, data collection methods, analysis and an overview of the Evaluation Framework and help you start thinking about how evaluation is and can be used in your organization and will include a step by step guide on how to start the evaluation process.
