Social Policy Framework and trends in the operating environment of Importance to Community Agency Governance Board Members
The Social Policy Framework and Results Based Budgeting are two of the policy elements contributing to the changing operating environment of nonprofits. These elements embody the trends influencing the Alberta nonprofit sector. Some of you may have contributed to the development process for the SPF – and that development process itself is another indicator of the changing environment. This session will engage board members in considering how the Framework, and the ways that the big picture is evolving will influence the work of Boards, key committees, and of individual Board members. Come and engage with Sharon and think about how these changes will influence your work as board member!
