Have you ever wondered why you have such a hard time recruiting people to help with your fundraising efforts? Well perhaps it is because you have not made the work fun, rewarding and manageable! You need to learn to sell the sizzle and then live up to expectation you have created. In this session you will learn how to assess the culture of your fundraising program, how to build a team by putting the FUN back in fundraising and sharing the joys and rewards that should be an essential part of the experience. Solid planning, training, support and celebration will be needed. Of course it will also take leadership to make this happen, the commitment of the Board to recognize that fundraising is all about building relationships with those that when asked choose to share their time, talent and treasure for a worthy cause.
