Reading Financial Statements

In this session Greg will share his experience and insights into what makes for effective financial Board governance. He will review standard financial statements and how Boards should read, interpret, ask questions and provide advice.  He will speak about tailoring financial reporting to fit with the organization. He will discuss how to monitor and assess risk. Greg believes that effective financial stewardship and oversight keeps organizations strong and mission focused and also keeps funders, supporters and lenders confident about the non profit organization.
