In this session we will explore, through presentation and discussion, the three main areas of work that the Board Chair is responsible for and that contribute to the effectiveness of meeting: managing time, people and agenda. We will also consider decision making, the primary action of the board. Don’t expect a magic bullet though, as addressing these areas of work take perseverance and patience and time for fellow board members to adjust.
