Secretary Role

One of the challenging roles on a board is that of the secretary.  Come to this interactive session to learn what it requires to be a great asset to your organization.  What are the routine tasks and what are the ones that most often save the day for an organization? Who IS responsible for filing the annual report to Corporate Registry? What is too much information and what’s not enough?  The session will have a lot of information to take home, with time allocated for learning from the experiences in the room.
