Conflict is a natural element of relationships. How we deal with (or sometimes ignore) conflict can often create challenges for us in the short, medium and/or long term.
In this interactive session, participants will walk away with a better understanding of how to identify, manage, and resolve conflict that occurs in non-profit organizations. Instructors will use a combination of lecture, activities and discussion to help participants explore the theory and scenarios of how
conflict can occur in non-profit organizations; and learn and practice using several key skills and tools for managing conflict.
You must attend Part 1 from 8:45 – 10:15 a.m in order to attend Part 2.
