Rick Moyse

Rick Moyse is a community development facilitator in the Community Development Unit of Alberta Culture, located in Stony Plain, who provides customized services that enhance the capacity of community leaders, organizations, communities and networks, and government ministries to achieve their goals, address community issues and make a positive contribution to the lives of Albertans.

Rick and his colleagues in the Community Development Unit assist organizations,( from small, informal neighborhood groups to larger Provincial led initiatives), with building a more self-reliant voluntary sector, and promoting high levels of involvement in community development activities that contribute to quality of life for Albertans.
